PoCo parent · Coach · Mentor · Business owner · Community builder
From the Field to the Table.
Running to bring a different perspective to policy making — one shaped by years of building programs, leading people and showing up for this community.
I am a Port Coquitlam parent raising my family in this city, and someone who has spent years working at the centre of community life as a coach, mentor, business owner, community builder, and sport and recreation leader.
From running a nonprofit as Executive Director of She Plays Sports Society where I built programs that strengthen community, to serving as a board member of Mabuhay House Society, to chairing logistics and volunteer management for the BC Summer Games 2024, I have spent my career building programs that make a lasting difference for people at every stage of life.
“I am running to contribute something new to this city’s story. A different lens of perspective at the council table that reflects the full breadth of who we are as a community.”
Port Coquitlam is a city I love. I want to contribute to its future by bringing fresh ideas and a wealth of lived experience to every decision that shapes daily life for every resident.

My priorities are shaped by listening to residents across every neighbourhood and by years of experience building programs that make a genuine difference in people's lives.
Every family deserves a place to call home in the city they love. I will work to make housing more attainable through practical, locally driven solutions.
Every resident deserves to feel safe in their neighbourhood, on their streets and in their parks. Safety is built through strong services and connected communities.
A complete community is one where every resident, at every stage of life, has what they need to thrive — sport, recreation, green spaces and strong infrastructure.
Residents work hard for their money. Council has a responsibility to spend it wisely, plan for the long term and find creative ways to deliver services without unnecessary burden.
Tell me what's on your mind. I want to hear from PoCo residents before I knock on your door.

These are not talking points. They are the principles I have lived and worked by throughout my career, and the standard I will hold myself to every time I sit at the council table.
I lead with honesty and I follow through on what I say. When I knock on your door, sit at the council table or speak at a community event, you will get the same person every time.
Port Coquitlam is my home. I am raising my family here and I am invested in its future in the most personal way possible. Every decision I make as a councillor will be grounded in what is genuinely good for the people of this city.
Leadership to me means getting things done alongside the people you serve. I have built sport programs, led nonprofit organisations, managed large-scale events and mentored young people throughout this region.
Every resident, regardless of age or ability, should feel safe and welcomed in their own neighbourhood. Safe streets, vibrant parks and accessible recreation are not extras. They are what make a city truly liveable.
As a coach, mentor and parent I have seen firsthand what is possible when young people are given the right support. I will be a strong, consistent voice for the programs, spaces and investments that help PoCo families flourish.
Residents have every right to know how decisions are made and how their money is being spent. I will always communicate openly, explain my reasoning and stay accessible to the community I represent.
This campaign is built on the ground, one conversation at a time. Here’s how you can be part of it.
